PURPOSE

AWG offers privilege discounts on tuition fees for employees and their dependents, helping them pursue further studies, strengthen their skills, and expand their knowledge. These contribute to personal growth and the continued success of the institution.
SCOPE
- Prescribes guidelines and rules for eligible AWG group of companies employees’ privileges and benefits.
- Applies to all eligible employees of the AWG companies and extends to their spouses, children, or family members.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
AWG employees, their families, and relatives can enjoy the privileges and benefits by presenting the AWG Passport of Privileges together with company identification card to, or endorsement of, the company HRD
Human Resource Department guides and assists employees with the application process and needed documents.
Department Heads review and endorse applications of eligible employees, making sure all requirements are complete.
Top Management gives the nal approval and authorization for the implementation of privileges for all qualified AWG employees.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
- Tuition Discount and Assistance – Financial support or discount granted to eligible employees and, when applicable, their dependents, to partially or fully cover tuition expenses.
- Health and Wellness Privilege Discount -A special financial discount provided to eligible AWG employees to assist them and their dependents in relation to health and wellness.
- Tenured Employees – Employees who have rendered continuous service with the AWG Group of Companies for a specified prescribed period of time.
- Dependents – Family members — spouse, children, and relatives by blood or through marriage — eligible for coverage.
